Diran Komolafe / Executive Director & Chief Operating officer (COO)

Diran oversees the entire operation of Owukpa Consolidated Mines Ltd. Interfacing with the board, all department heads, foreign partners and the government.

A widely travelled Business Executive, he comes on board having previously held management positions at the United Bank For Africa PLC, Nigeria; National Mutual Corp, Sydney Australia; St. George Bank Sydney Australia and Bank of America, Lake Oswego, Oregon, USA.

He has been the CEO of North American InvestCorp (NAMIC) in Portland Oregon, USA. NAMIC is involved in Real Estate Investment, Property Development and Mining Consultancy. Diran is also currently,the Chairman of The Rock Consumer Credit LTD, (TRCC LTD) Abuja Nigeria.

An Alumnus of the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and of the Australian Institute of Finance, Sydney, New South Wales. He is a Senior Associate of the Australian Institute of Banking and Financial Services .

Diran is a Co-Founder of the Florence and Deborah Foundation, (FDF INC) a Christian Charity Organization. He holds Multiple Nationalities of the United States of America, Australia and Nigeria and is an Avid Social Tennis Enthusiast.
